Saudi hotels have a lot of grandeur and luxury - lush textiles, gold details, etc.
Culturally, Red, Green, Blue (royal and Turquoise), Gold, Black, and White, are loved
and all have religious or homeland (in green’s case) meanings.
Elevated
Architecture and interior design takes influence from mosques - lots of domes, gates, and ornate detail. Prayer areas facing Mecca should be considered.
Rich Color
People want a cool oasis to retreat from - like an enclosed courtyard that
brings the earth inside with plants, detailed tiling, and seating.
